Two obvious reasons why Gareth Bale will not join Manchester United

Steve Nicol is of the opinion that the reported move of Wales international Gareth Bale to Man United cannot be true.

He made this claim in reaction to reports that the Wales international will be heading to Man United on a season loan.

It has been reported that Gareth Bale is not in good terms with manager Zinedine Zidane and the possibility of both working together at Bernabeu is very unlikely.

Steve Nicol is confident that Gareth Bale will not end up at Man United as he claims that the Red Devils are not in need of him.

Secondly, he stated that Man United have got a challenge with the £300,000 received by Alexis Sanchez which will make it difficult to bring in another big signing as the club may not be able to meet up financially.

Already, there are issues in the Red Devils dressing room as a result of the imbalance in wage structure and there is a bid by the club to have it settled.

It is still unclear where the destination of the Wales international lies, it has already been made clear that he has got Interests outside Man United.

French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are reportedly seeking to sign him.
