4-3-3 Formation – Changes In Jose Mourinho’s Starting XI With Ronaldo In Attack

It’s no longer news that Manchester United are trying to snatch Cristiano Ronaldo away from Juventus’ grips.

The red devils have signed the trio of Diogo Dalot (from FC Porto), Fred (from Shakhtar Donetsk) and Lee Grant (from Stoke City) so far this summer transfer window, but are still ready to splash more cash to add quality to their team.

Jose Mourinho’s side have been linked with a big money move for Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of the upcoming term.

The Portugal international first played at Old Trafford when he joined the club as an 18-year-old from Sporting Lisbon, and he moved to the Bernabeu in 2009 for a then world record fee of £80M.

Ronaldo has evolved into one of the best of all times. He has played 154 games for his country and was able to score four times in their 2018 World Cup outing.

Should he come to Old Trafford, we expect to see some changes in Jose Mourinho’s starting XI at Manchester United. It should look like this:

GK – David De Gea
DL – Ashely Young
DC – Phil Jones
DC – Eric Baily
DR – Antonio Valencia (or Dalot)
LM – Anthony Martial
DM – Fred
RM – Paul Pogba
AL – Sanchez
AR – Cristiano Ronaldo
FC – Romelu Lukaku
