Arsenal battle Premier League duo for £10m-rated Portuguese sensation

North London side Arsenal are set to battle Wolverhampton Wanderers and Liverpool in their pursuit for the signature of Diogo Queiros ahead of the winter transfer market which reopens in coming weeks.

According to a Portuguese news outlet A Bola report, Wolves are looking set to beat the Gunners and the Reds in the bid for Diogo Queirosafter it was claimed that they are open and willing to pay the sum of £10 million for his signature.

Manager Nuno Espirito Santo is reported to be keen on the player and ready to do all it takes to beat the other league duo for his signature which leaves Arsenal in a risk of losing out of the race.

Diogo Queiros who plays in the right full-back position has been impressive for his country home and has played at all levels of the youth team having been regarded as the country’s biggest prospect.

However, Diogo Queiros has got a contract with Porto until 2021 and is believed to cost more than £10 million when negotiations begin as a result of the interests in him.

The North London side are hoping to secure good competition for Spanish star Hector Bellerin who has been the first choice for some years now.
