Newly promoted Premier League side Cardiff City have confirmed their interest in Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne ahead of the upcoming transfer window billed to start next month.
The interest was confirmed by the Bluebirds manager Neil Warnock during his pre-match press conference on Friday morning ahead of the weekend’s Premier League away clash at London club Watford.
Neil Warnock talked about how he gave Nathaniel Clyne his debut at Crystal Palace while he was a teenager.
He also revealed that any potential transfer would depend on Liverpool who have to deal with several injury problems at the moment.
The Liverpool defensive duo of Joe Gomez and Joel Matip have been ruled out of action till next year with respective injuries.
