Borussia Dortmund forward Christian Pulisic has hugged the headlines for the majority of the last three months due to transfer links to the Premier League.
The United States of American international has emerged as a transfer target for the Premier League duo of Liverpool and Chelsea with reports claiming that a £70m transfer is in the offering.
It was revealed that the Blues have already initiated transfer talks with his representatives but the player favours a move to their title rivals Liverpool.
The Daily Star claim that the 20-year-old believes that a transfer to Chelsea will affect his football career negatively.
A move to Liverpool will afford him the opportunity to reunite with Jurgen Klopp who was previously the Borussia Dortmund manager.
Liverpool and Chelsea are the two favourites to sign Christian Pulisic but Manchester United have also been mentioned as a possible destination for the American forward.
Pulisic recently finished runner-up behind Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Kylian Mbappe in the race for the Kopa Trophy which is for players under the age of 21 to further outline his status as one of the most exciting young players on the world football stage.
He has not featured much for Borussia Dortmund this term due to the form of English international player Jadon Sancho.
