According to the Sky Sports reporter, the Gunners are close to completing a deal to land Gelson Martins this summer transfer window.
Arsenal are thought to be in the transfer market for a new signings this summer transfer window as they try to assemble a solid team good enough to return into the Premier League top four next campaign.

The Emirates outfit have now been credited with an interest in landing the 23-year-old Gelson Martins recently as newly appointed head coach Unai Emery looks to bring in a quality player.
Now, Sheth has suggested that the Gunners are really close to a transfer deal to land the Portuguese winger this summer window.
Emery announced their second summer landing this transfer window a week ago when they sealed a transfer deal for safe hand Bernd Leno to the North London outfit from Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen.
