According to a new report, English football clubs, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are in a race to sign Dynamo Kiev’s midfielder Viktor Tsyhankov.
The report hinted that Liverpool FC are monitoring the situation at Dynamo Kiev in order to know the best time to strike.
But the report added that Tottenham Hotspur are determined to make a move for the 20 years old midfielder in the January transfer window.
However, the two football clubs will face stiff competitions from the likes of Barcelona, Man Utd and Man City who are also monitoring the situation.
Viktor Tsyhankov as at last season scored 17 goals for Dynamo Kiev and already has three goals to his name in the ongoing campaign.
At the age of 20, Viktor Tsyhankov has made four appearances for Ukraine in the international scene.
He has also made a total of 15 appearances in the Uefa Champions League and Uefa Europa league with four goals to his name.
The report hinted that Dynamo Kiev have fixed his transfer fee at £18 million, which is an amount the Reds can afford.
However, we still don’t understand why the Reds will want to sign a new midfielder despite the number of midfielders available at the club.
