Mourinho Excited By Another Man United Target ‘World Cup Performance’

Cristiano Ronaldo has been everywhere in the news after his superb performance against Spain in their opening World Cup game on Friday.

Right now, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has also heaped a lot of praises on the talented player following his hat-trick for his country in the duel that ended 3-3.

The Spaniards were on the verge of getting all three points from the game at Sochi stadium before Ronaldo zoomed in a wonderful free-kick that even David De Gea couldn’t stop.

Friday’s hat-trick was the 51st in his career. He became the first player to score three times in a single game in this year’s World Cup and has also become the 4th footballer to score in four different World Cup tournaments.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho was quite delighted with his countryman’s performance and heaped a lot of praises on him after the game at Sochi.

Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to leave Real Madrid anytime soon and has been heavily linked with a move back to Manchester United should he departs the Bernabeu Stadium.

Despite the fact that he is ageing slowly, the player proved he still has a lot to offer.
