Major Injury Boost For Chelsea Ahead of Man City Clash

Major injury boost for Chelsea

Reigning Premier League Champions Chelsea have been handed a possible injury boost ahead of their League clash with runaway leaders Manchester City on Sunday after winter signing Ross Barkley was pictured at Cobham training.

Struggling to adapt to life

The England international midfielder has been adapting to life at the West London club since joining Chelsea from Merseyside giants Everton in the winter transfer window.

However, Ross, 24, has been struggling with injury problems recently and that has ruled the attacker out of the Blues’ last few matches.

The exciting midfielder was not involved as his side slumped to a disappointing 2-1 defeat to rivals Manchester United in the English Premier League at Old Trafford last Sunday afternoon.

Close to sensational return

However, it seems like the Englishman is now close to returning to action for Chelsea after he was seen taking part in Chelsea training at Cobham ground this week.

The clips was shared on Chelsea’s official Instagram page as Antonio Conte’s boys prepare for their crucial encounter against the runaway league leaders at The Etihad Stadium.

Chelsea won the League title in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at the West London club last term.
