Sporting CP goalkeeper Romain Salin has stated that the Arsenal team is one that remains a threat any team at the moment with their current form.
Salin stated that it will only take hard work by his side to defeat the Gunners team in the Europa League clash on Thursday.
Speaking to UEFA, the Sporting CP said his side are already aware of the challenges ahead of the game and will work hard to ensure they come out victorious.
Arsenal have been candidates of the UEFA Champions League before being relegated to Europa under the reigns of former manager Arsene Wenger who failed to qualify for two seasons.
New manager Unai Emery is believed to be making an effort to return back to the elite league by either winning the Europa or finishing in the first four of the English Premier League.
The Spanish boss’ team have been on the right track so far as they are yet to see any defeat at the Europa level with the hope of continuing their progress this Thursday.
A win on Thursday will have The North London side extend their winning run to eleven in 13 games in all competitions under the new manager.
