Two players Arsenal would have signed should Sven Mislintat have stayed

It is not a good mood at the North London outfit with the reports that the club’s head of recruitment Sven Mislintat would be leaving the club in the coming month.

Sven Mislintat joined the Emirate Stadium just a year ago but he has to quit after allegations of clashes he has had with one of the top ranking officials of the club.

The club in an official statement wished Sven Mislintat the best is his future dealings as they admitted his impact in ensuring the signature of quality players to the team.

However, it has now been revealed that more quality players would have joined the North London outfit should Sven Mislintat had remained as he had already identified them despite having a disagreement with Raul Sanllehi.

Football London reports that Sven Mislintat identified French Ligue 1 outfit Lille star Nicolas Pepe but was antagonized by Raul Sanllehi who says he prefers German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund star, Christian Pavon.

Also, Sven Mislintat identified Legia Warsaw goalkeeper Radoslaw Majecki, according to Football London as a replacement for departing Petr Cech.

It is now unclear if the North London outfit will move in for either of the players now that Sven Mislintat will be leaving the club.
