Liverpool in a set back as 30-year-old attacking midfielder suffers a groin injury
New report have made it known that Liverpool attacking midfielder and England international, Adam Lallana has been sent back to Melwood from England national team training ground.
The report further disclosed that, 30-year-old Adam Lallana suffered a groin injury while on duty for his home country, England.
England coach, Gareth Southgate had recalled Lallana to the national squad for the English match against Spain and Switzerland.
He has been dropped off the England team and made a return to Anfield where medics are checking what could have been wrong.
Well, this is not the first time Adam Lallana will be missing out of an opportunity to play for England as he missed the last summer World Cup exploits owing to lack of fitness.
This new development is worrisome for the Reds as they don’t want to see another player on injured.
It will be a very difficult month for the Red as they are preparing to play against Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester City, thus, they are required to have a full and stable squad.
