Aaron Ramsey

Manchester United are already making plans to snatch another Arsenal player in the summer and that could make Arsene Wenger lose the 11th player in just one year.

José Mourinho was earlier speculated to be in a shock move for Aaron Ramsey but the reported transfer is becoming more rapid in the media.

The Portuguese manager could see some of his midfielders depart Old Trafford in the summer and he wants to add new faces to his squad before the commencement of the 2018-19 season.

Manchester United legend Michael Carrick is set to retire by the end of the season while Marouane Fellaini who will become a free agent by the end of the season is set to switch to Turkish League after the World Cup.

Ander Herrera is another midfielder whose name is in United’s want-away players, the former Southampton man has failed to convince the Portuguese manager that he deserves more regular actions for the Red Devils.

Club-record signing Paul Pogba is also linked with a move to Santiago Bernabeu after his recent bust-up with José Mourinho.

Should Ramsey find his way into Mourinho’s team, the Welshman would become Arsenal’s 11th player to move out of Emirates stadium in a single football calendar year.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud, Francis Coquelin, Wojciech Szczesny,  Gabriel Paulista, Kieran Gibbs, Alexis Sanchez, Yaya Sanogo and Mathieu Debuchy have all departed the Gunners and they could be joined by Aaron Ramsey anytime soon.

The Wales international currently receives £110k as his weekly wages but his current contract is set to expire in 2019 and that could make him join the Red Devils as a free agent. He has been a regular starter in Wenger’s team this season, having started 17 Premier League matches for the Gunners, creating 12 goals in the process.

Arsenal are yet to revealed their asking price for the player as the hope he commits his future to the North London club.
