Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has pleaded with manager Unai Emery to always play him alongside French striker Alexandre Lacazette to bring the best out of the team.

Both North London forwards are known to be good friends especially off the pitch but there is a demand to have them continue the friendship on the pitch.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played alongside Alexandre Lacazette in the Premier League game against West London rivals Chelsea and they both had a wonderful outing which led to the French striker scoring a goal.

The Gunners proved their supremacy over their London rivals as they recorded a 2-0 win in the encounter at the Emirates Stadium last weekend.

The memories still remain in the mind of the Gabon international which is the reason why he seeks for continuity of the style from the Spanish manager.

Alexandre Lacazette became a Gunner in 2017 when he joined from French Ligue 1 outfit Lyon with a fee of £54 million. This season, he has been able to score 10 goals across all competitions in the 28 games under his belt.

Most importantly is the relationship that exists between him and the former Borussia Dortmund especially off the pitch.

The decision is now left to the Gunners boss to make if both patterning together will help his style of play.
