The Chelsea duo of Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have been tipped to leave the club on loan when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.

Both Hudson-Odoi and Loftus-Cheek have failed to secure a spot in the Chelsea starting XI under new manager Maurizio Sarri.

The former Empoli and Napoli boss became the Blues manager in the summer after putting pen to paper on a three-year deal as a replacement for compatriot Antonio Conte.

Winger Hudson-Odoi has found first team opportunities hard to come by under Sarri.

According to Sky Sports, Chelsea are ready to let him leave on a short-term loan during the January transfer window.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek is an England international midfielder but he has failed to nail down a starting spot in the Chelsea team.

He was part of the England squad that finished in the fourth spot at the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia though the midfielder barely featured for the Three Lions during the tournament won by France.

Loftus-Cheek has been linked with loan moves to several clubs.

The London duo of West Ham United and Crystal Palace as well as German Bundesliga side Schalke 04 are interested in a temporary deal for the 22-year-old.
