Chelsea Ready To Poach 19-Year-Old Midfielder

West Ham United became the first team to stop Chelsea from scoring and also winning when they forced the Blues to a goalless draw in their Matchday 6 in the Premier League.

If the report from the Sun is anything to go by, Chelsea FC would finally get a win over their London rivals albeit offs the pitch.

Chelsea FC are strongly interested in a move for highly rated West Ham United Declan Rice with a view to a transfer when the window reopens in few weeks time.

The 19-years-old was formerly with the Blues before he was released five years ago.

He joined Chelsea FC at the age of seven and went on to spend seven years at the club before he was released at the age of 14.

Declan Rice rose through the ranks at West Ham United before making his debut for the Hammers last season.

The Englishman has been involved in a contract standoff with his club thereby prompting transfer rumours away from the club with less than two years left on his £3,000 per week contract.

Declan Rice (born 14 January 1999) is a professional footballer who plays for the Republic of Ireland as a centre-back or defensive midfielder.
