Premier League giants Chelsea have to wait till next summer in their quest to sign highly-rated Borussia Dortmund forward Christian Pulisic.
The 20-year-old has been a long-term target for the Blues as well as Premier League rivals Liverpool.
Pulisic has repeatedly been linked with a £70m move to the two aforementioned clubs but it appears that both teams will have to wait till the end of this season to get their man.
Christian Pulisic plays his club football for German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund at the moment.
According to the publication from the Daily Mirror, he won’t leave the German club when the January transfer window reopens in the New Year.
There are doubts over the long-term future of Christian Pulisic at the club due to the fact that he has less than two years remaining on his Borussia Dortmund.
The United States of America international has had to battle with injury and the form of England international youngster Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund this season.
He has scored just once for the Signa Iduna Park outfit having been restricted to just four starts in the new campaign.
Sancho has stolen the spotlight with his impressive showings for Dortmund and that led to him being called up to the England squad in October.
