North London outfit Arsenal have been warned against moving in for Sampdoria midfielder Dennis Praet in the coming summer transfer window.

The wish for the Arsenal team is to qualify for to the top-four in order to earn Champions League spot but afterward, they will be moving to make some additions in the team and Dennis Praet is a major target.

Dennis Praet was on the wish list of former manager Arsene Wenger but a deal did not fall through until he left. Manager Unai Emery has therefore been asked to forget about bringing the player to the club because he would rather take the team backward.

The star midfielder has been viewed as the perfect replacement for Wales international Aaron Ramsey who is set to leave the club at the end of the season after agreeing on a deal with the Italian Serie A champions Juventus.

However, Dennis Praet will not be the bargain deal for the Gunners team despite his availability for £21.5 million as he might no longer meet up with the philosophy of former the new manager Unai Emery at the club.

Unai Emery has brought in a new method and style play and that should guide the players that should be recruited.
