Mesut Ozil

English Premier League outfit Arsenal manager Unai Emery has hinted that Germany international Mesut Ozil might be given more opportunity to play before the end of the year after urging him to do more.

The North London outfit will return to action later on Thursday against French Ligue 1 outfit Rennes and there are indications that Mesut Ozil would be in the team for the game.

The former Real Madrid player has not been in the good books of the Arsenal manager Unai Emery and it has been difficult for him to win over the manager as he is short of playing time at the club.

The opportunity handed to him in the 5-1 win over Southampton was a good one for the German international as he delivered an impressive performance and soared a major opener of the game.

However, Mesut Ozil has been accused of being carried away with the lucrative offer that was handed to him under firmer manager Unai Emery before the World Cup.

The former Real Madrid player has been suggested to leave the club but he has refused to admit that claiming that he would remain to fight for a starting role at the Emirates Stadium.
