Michael Ballack Wants Hazard, Hudson-Odoi Stay At Chelsea

Former Chelsea midfielder Michael Ballack has urged both Eden Hazard and Callum Hudson-Odoi to snub the interest of foreign clubs by staying at the club for the long haul.

The ex-German international skipper told them to stay at Chelsea while he was on popular English media outlet TalkSport.

Callum Hudson-Odoi and Eden Hazard have been heavily linked with an exit from the club.

Both players have less than 18 months left on their respective contracts at Stamford Bridge.

By the summer, Chelsea will have to make a decision to sell them or not in the event that they don’t sign a new contract.

Just a year will be left on their respective Chelsea deals.

Young English winger Callum-Hudson Odoi is attracting the interest of German champions Bayern Munich who made as many as five bids for him during the winter transfer window.

Chelsea knocked back those bids including a final offer of £40m.

The Bavarian giants are expected to continue their pursuit of the 18-year-old.

On the part of Eden Hazard, the Belgian has been linked with a move to European champions Real Madrid who are still yet to replace former talisman Cristiano Ronaldo who left the club to join Italian Serie A side Juventus.
