The Portuguese tactician is keen on reinforcing his defense department with the signing of a superb defender, and he has been linked with the duo of Toby Alderweireld and Harry Maguire in recent times.

Toby appeared to be Mourinho’s first choice, but the management are not ready to pay the huge fee Tottenham Hotspur were demanding for his signature.
