How Man United avoided future regrets with transfer decision

Sky Sport reporter Pete Hail has in his opinion stated that English Premier League side Man United have avoided big disaster ahead by ensuring that French forward Anthony Martial signs a new deal at the club.

It would be recalled that the former AS Monaco forward became frustrated and was bent on leaving by not signing a new deal until he was convinced of recent.

The French striker was also most lost by the Red Devils when former manager Jose Mourinho was in charge as he never had failed in Anthony Martial in addition to criticizing him in public.

Now that a new intermit manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has taken over, life seems to have returned for Anthony Martial and he is already settled at the club, a reason why he agreed to pen his signature with the club until 2024.

However, the Sky Sport reporter said United made big progress to have secured a new deal with the youngster.

He cited instances with Liverpool and Man City players Mohamed Salah and De Bruyne respectively who were former Chelsea player but were frustrated out of the club and are now doing great in their respective clubs.

According to him, Man United have avoided such situations that are regrettable by winning Anthony Martial back because of his quality.
