Mauricio Sarri made the decision of including Callum Hudson-Odoi in Chelsea’s starting line-up for Tuesday night’s EFL Cup semi-final against Tottenham despite speculation linking him with a January move has finally dropped a bombshell about his future.

Reports from Standard Sport claim that Bayern Munich is ready to splash over €30 million for the young star after having their third offer rejected by the Blues however the Balvarians are not willing to take no for an answer:

The Bundesliga champions have already had three offers turned down for the 18-year-old, but have continued to submit improved deals until they get their man.

Major media outlets in Germany suggest Chelsea have accepted the bid but are trying to keep their young talent until the summer, and tonight’s starting spot appears to be the first statement of intent from the Blues.

The player’s current deal runs out in 2020 and he has refused to sign the five-year extension offered last summer.

In a pre-match interview ahead of Chelsea’s cup clash with London rivals Spurs, Hudson-Odoi insisted that he would not let the speculations and rumours of an impending transfer out of the blues affect him but rather remain 100% focus till a final decision is made over his future.
