Mesut Ozil

Italian Serie A outfit Inter Milan are ready to hand Germany international and embattled Arsenal midfielder an escape route away from the troubles he is faced with at the Emirate Stadium as a result of his unsatisfactory performance.

The former Real Madrid midfielder is a subject if media bashing as well as speculations linking him away from the club with claims that he is no longer needed by the Gunners boss Unai Emery.

It is reported that the former PSG boss is unsatisfied with the performance of the German international and wants him out because his presence has been able to stop a number of deals from working out.

However, the Serie A team are understood to be ready to receive Mesut Ozil and hand him a lifeline at the San Siro knowing that he has lost his place in the Arsenal team.

This is coming after it was reported that the North London outfit have approached Inter Milan for the signature of Manchester United target Ivan Perisic.

Suggestions are that Milan will include the bargain for Ozil in their negotiation as they will be willing to part ways with Ivan Perisic should they have the German.

Meanwhile, it is understood that because of the injury worries, Unai Emery may not be keen anymore on the sale of Ozil.
