Juventus plot swap deal with Chelsea for Christensen
Chelsea have received a swap deal proposer from Juventus for Christensen, that’s according to Sky Sports News.
The highly-rated media outlet revealed that Maximiliano Allegri is ready to release Danielle Rugani to the Blues on one condition and that’s if Sarri will let go of Andreas Christensen next week.
Both players have failed to enjoy quality game time at their respective clubs and Juventus are ready to release the Italian defender.
The same can’t be said of Chelsea, the Blues aren’t set to let the center-back off their radar and they might turn down the reported offer from the Serie A giants.
Rugani was linked with the Stamford Bridge outfits during the previous transfer market but he revealed on Saturday that he didn’t receive any offer from his former manager Maurizio Sarri.
Sarri is still keen on reuniting with Rugani but sealing his signature looks far from achievable because he’s not set to let go of Christensen for any reason this month.
Meanwhile, Daily Star is also linking another Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri with a move to the Old Lady in January.
The media outlet said the defender, who was lively against Tottenham last night, is another transfer target for Allegri and the manager is willing to splash £15m on his signature.
The defender joined Chelsea last season but hasn’t tasted much game-time throughout his time at Stamford Bridge. He will hope that his strong showing against the North London club last night was enough to make him a regular figure in Maurizio Sarri’s team
