Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette is not ready to be disappointed after helping his side secure a late win against Cardiff at the weekend.

Lacazette, therefore, stated that he is aware that his performance in the last game cannot secure him a regular starting role in the club.

He has started three games from the bench but his impact in the team has been eye-catching.

The Frenchman, who scored his first goal of the season, has been tipped to lead the Arsenal attack alongside Pierre Emerick Aubamenyang.

But he is not ready to get himself disappointed for not starting more games. Hence, he rests his mind on focusing and playing each time an opportunity calls.

Both players have shown a good blend both on and off the pitch. This has helped them create a partnership bite in the Arsenal attack.

However, he insists he’s happy with the current situation at the club and his playing time and has refuted speculations that he is planning on leaving the club anytime soon.

He boasted to be playing in one of the best clubs in London and that alone makes him fulfilled.

The former Lyon striker, therefore, noted that more work is needed to be done by the team and he will not stop at doing that until the result is achieved.
