Liverpool Set To Sign ‘5f 9ins’ Star With £35M Deal

Porto star player Alex Telles has been heavily linked with a move away from the club in recent times after emerging as a target for premier league heavyweights Chelsea.

However, there are new reports that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are keen on signing the defender and are set to snatch him away from the London club ahead of the 2018/19 season.

Telles has been impressive at Porto and has caught the attention of various football lovers across the continent with his fine performances. He played a big role that helped Porto finished the season on top of the Portuguese top flight table.

Alex played 45 games in all competitions for Porto and was able to score four times with 20 superb assists.

The left-back is worth £35 Million and is expected to depart Portugal this summer.

It is understood Chelsea have been keeping tabs on him since January and were considering paying his release clause to bring him to Stamford Bridge.

However, Le Parisien made it known recently that Liverpool have also been eyeing the talented player.

Spanish defender Alberto Moreno is expected to leave Anfield this season and the club desire signing a new left-back to provide competition for Andrew Robertson.

It was also added that Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain are also interested in the player and will try battling the premier league sides for his signature.
