The representatives of Manchester United have allegedly met with Lazio hierarchies to discuss a swoop for midfield maestro Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

It remains to be known if the Red Devils can pay that amount, but the report does states that both the Los Blancos and the Red Devils have held discussions over completing the signing of Milinkovic-Savic this summer transfer window.

This makes a lot of sense for Jose Mourinho’s requirement in his team, with the retirement of former England international midfielder Michael Carrick and Paul Pogba’s unconvincing shape meaning a footballer like Milinkovic-Savic could bring in a great deal to the squad.
