Manchester United manager has stated that the unending criticisms and media attention on him makes him sad.

Mourinho says he has been unsettled this season by pundits who have mostly seen negative things about him, his team and his style of play.

There is no doubt the former Chelsea boss has been in the news for only controversial reasons in addition to being at loggerheads with media men. He has severally accused them of publishing lies against him

This makes the pundits tag the Portuguese manager as being arrogant and unfriendly to the press, not forgetting when he worked out on journalists this season.

However, Mourinho says he has been unsettled by all of these issues, hinting that it has gone a long way in affecting his performance.

He made it clear that if he has got problems, it should be left for him to handle and not being blown by the press, adding that he and the fans should be allowed to enjoy football as always.

The Red Devils manager has been involved in a lot of controversies that have placed him on the spotlight, a development that almost cost him his job as a result of the bad results.

However, the talks continue as he leads his side to the Stamford Bridge for the Premier League encounter against Chelsea.
