Italian reports claim the future of Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba is tied to whether Jose Mourinho remains as the boss at Old Trafford or leaves.

According to the report, Pogba will only remain at Manchester United if Mourinho is replaced by former Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane

The unrest between the former Juventus player and the former Chelsea manager has yet to see any resolve with continued speculations that the player might have made up his mind to leave, a decision that will be pleasing to the Old Trafford coach.

The France midfielder had arrived in Manchester United barely two years ago in 2016 with a fee of €105m but hes is yet to make the impact that was envisaged by pundits and fans.

While some reports claim he will be heading back to Italy, from where he came from, other reports say Spanish giants, Barcelona are keen to have the player to serve as a replacement for ageing Lionel Messi.

However, there are reports that the situation can only be brought under control with the exit of Mourinho from the Old Trafford.

But United chief, Ed Woodward is bent on keeping the player, hoping he forms a part of the club’s future.
