Sadio Mane

Unlike Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah, Senegal International, Sadio Mane is yet to sign a contract extension at Liverpool, this is perhaps because he still has some more years to go at Anfield.

Liverpool signed Sadio Mane from Southampton in 2016 and he has been a great striker at the front for the Reds.

The Senegal international scored 20 goals for Liverpool last season and he already has four goals to his name in the ongoing campaign.

However, Liverpool may have to be worried about a recent statement made by Togo national team coach, Claude Le Roy.

Le Roy in a statement disclosed that Sadio Mane would be a better player at Man Utd, Real Madrid or Barcelona.

This may be a hint that Sadio Mane may be thinking of leaving Anfield anytime soon.

The Togo national team coach disclosed that Sadio Mane is a very good player who can be a star at any of the big clubs.

Sadio Mane was linked with a transfer to Real Madrid in the summer transfer window when the Los Blancos sought reinforcement for their frontline following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Senegal star is expected to be available for Liverpool’s match against Red Star tomorrow having missed the match against Huddersfield at the weekend.
