The latest revelation from Old Trafford has weakened the momentum and expectations of the fans ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.
It was believed that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who took over as United manager will be handed all the support and funds to strengthen the team in the coming winter window but that might not be after latest report.

This remains a big blow to the fans who expected that more additions are recruited to help return the club back to winning ways and most importantly finish in the top four spot for a Champions League qualification next season.
This therefore means that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will work with the crop of players used by the former manager to win games that were not won before.
Although, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had shown great signs after starting on a high note with a 5-1 win over Cardiff to prove what he can offer.
Meanwhile, United are sixth in the Premier League table and will hope to finish in the top four.
