Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry who is now the head coach of French Ligue 1Monco is keen to have Gunners captain Laurent Koscielny join his side in the winter transfer window.

The Les Monégasques are battling with poor performances with the weakness of the team pointed at the defence line which makes the club turn their attention to Laurent Koscielny.

Monaco are hopeful that they can strike a deal for Laurent Koscielny owing to the fact that he is already getting old and struggling with consistency which might force Arsenal into wanting to cash in on him.

Also, the starting role for the French international is no longer confirmed at the Emirates Stadium knowing that the Spanish boss will only give the nod to the players who perform best.

There are also speculations that Laurent Koscielny is considering a move away from Arsenal which hands hope to the Thierry Henry side as they are ready to do all it talks to land the French man.

However, Laurent Koscielny is just recovering from the big injury he sustained that almost threatened his existence as a player on the pitch.

Meanwhile, Laurent Koscielny’s contract at the Emirates Stadium expires in 2020 but there are possibilities he would not see out the years.
