Unai Emery praises this Arsenal player

Arsenal manager Unai Emery will no doubt be in a high mood after his side defeated Man United by 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday to brighten their chances of qualifying to the Champions League after missing out on two consecutive years.

The Spanish boss claims his players were more determined and sophisticated against the Red Devils which was why they were able to keep the flying Man United team on the ground.

However, the Gunners’ boss said he is proud of his players but has taken time to hail his shot-stopper Bernd Leno for his impressive saves which were enough to stop the Reds team attack from being productive in the game.

He noted that the goalkeeper is very important as he saved the team from conceding or giving away the two goals owing to some saves from the attempts by Romelu Lukaku.

However, the Gunners will be left with no choice than to turn their attention to the Europa League round of 16 against French Ligue 1 outfit after suffering a 3-1 defeat in the first leg.

With the Ligue 1 side expected to travel down to the Emirates Stadium, a convincing win is needed by the Gunners to be able to scale through to the next round.
