There is no doubt that Man United were given much trouble by Argentina international Lionel Messi when they clashed against Barcelona in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.

In addition o the threat and impressive performance, Lionel Messi scored two first-half goals to help his team with a dream move to the semi-finals in a game that ended 3-0.

It would be recalled that Lionel Messi was fingered as the major threat even before the game and the Red Devils were handed advice by pundits and former players on how to stop him from delivering gaols but it happened as feared.

Barcelona manager Valverde has stated that he is happy to have a player like Lionel Messi as he tells Man United that he has no apology for that, noting that the star player is in a very good form and has been impressing this season.

However, Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted that the Barcelona team is a better side and it will take many years before his team is able to get to that level.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has, therefore, tipped the Spanish side to win the Champions League this season, noting that they are unstoppable with their attacking force.
