How Chelsea attack will look like with Gonzalo Higuain

Gonzalo Higuain

All Chelsea fans are eagerly waiting for one news to break out and it’s all about Higuain’s proposed loan move to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues faithfuls can’t wait to see the player team up with the rest of the squad before Tottenham’s challenge on Thursday.

Having endured a misery spell at Chelsea, Morata is tipped to complete a loan move to Atletico Madrid on Tuesday.

That means the incoming Argentine will be given freedom to operate as the leading striker for the rest the season.

Here’s how Sarri’s attacking department would like against Tottenham, should Higuain eventually reunite with his former Napoli manager before Thursday.

EDEN HAZARD ( RIGHT WINGER)

The Belgian would be the happiest player whenever Higuain joins the team, this is because the goalscoring burden will be slightly – if not completely – lifted off his shoulders.

The Real Madrid target will return back to his preferred position at the right flank.

Pedro (LEFT WING)

The Spaniard will be pushed to the other side of the attack, so as to create space for Hazard.

As a result of the changes, Willian – who started against Arsenal on Saturday – will drop to the substitute bench.

The Brazilian is far from his best and he’s under intense pressure to keep his place in the team.

Higuain ( FORWARD)

The ageing striker will be given the responsibility to score as many goals as possible.

The Argentine star is a proven goalscorer but his age and the nature of the League might act against his desire to deliver many goals.

He will take the centre-forward position and will rely on Hazard’s creativity to provide many clear-cut opportunities against the North London club.
